Yes, we can migrate your VPS if you have the same managed control panel with both providers. There is also a possibility of a bare-metal migration, please ask us before ordering :-)

It is possible to downgrade your plan. However, it's not possible to downgrade HDD space (for KVM), while you can downgrade your plan completely including HDD space (for openVZ).
